Being a member of SoL is primarily a way to participate in and contribute to a learning community.
As a member of Sol Sweden you get access to:

SoL Pub – Monthly drop-in in the lobby / bar of Hotel Anglais
- From 17.30 pm, first Tuesday of every month
- Without a formal program – also non members welcome
- Conversations about a current topic from SoL’s perspective on organisational learning and systemic change
- SoL ”Emergency Room” – for those who want to gain insight into a current organisational learning challenge through conversation with others

Member’s Meetings 2012
January 31st from 18.00 to about 21.30:
SoL Sweden Annual meeting; ”Personal Mastery 2012″ – the theatre ensemble Platander Samspill & Utvikling will help us to see what is helping or hindering us to live our lives according to our personal values.
March 14th from 18.00 to about 21.00:
”An integrated model for Change Management – process, tools and methodologies”. Silke Ernst, HR manager at Vattenfall BU Distribution presents the model and shares her experiences of what is needed in order to achieve sustainable change.
April 26th from 18.00 to about 21.00:
Pär Larshans, Max Hamburgerrestauranger AB is welcoming us to share his experiences from leading a systemic, holistic change process to make Max be a more sustainable and responsible company.
September 20th from 18.00 – 21.00:
”Lean from a learning ‘satellite-perspective’ ” – Clas Mellby, co-author of ‘Lean i ledningen’ (Lean Management), researcher and project leader Produktionslyftet, will share his findings and experiences of lean production from the extensive Production Initiative project.
November (date to be announced) from 18.00 to about 21.00:
”Personal Mastery”- Jan Henriksson, Selfleaders. Self leaders offer experience-based modules in self-leadership. Their process is based on over 30 years’ experience and research in leadership development, motivation, psychology and coaching. The aim is to help leaders to increase self-motivation, improve decision-making and to develop greater self-confidence as leaders and communicators.
Full day courses/workshops (additional fee – also non members are welcome)
May 21st-23rd 2012:
SoL European Forum; ”Towards a New Reality – Transformation of Values and Organizations”. Peter Senge, Barrett Brown and others will share learnings and co-create the new reality via talks, Workshops, Learning Circles etc.
